Hello I have a question, for 3-4 days I can no longer speak in the voice chat and I can't hear anyone and it gives me the logo that I am muted and so are my allies but I have tried everything to resolve that but still the same, maybe I'm vocally banned but how can I know since when and how long

It's not permanent, the maximum is like 2 weeks I think. Select competitive in the lobby and it should tell you.
This is the first time I've been banned from voice chat, I don't see anything when I select the competition

If you were comm banned then upon logging in you would be greeted with a system message notifying you of the duration of your ban. I would also check your settings and ensure you are not self muted or have mute all selected (yes this actually happens). Should the problem persist and a resolution not be reached or at any time, feel free to submit a ticket here:
