how do I get hold of customer service….

I created an account, paid for it. I can see the invoice in my billing but it still keeps me to free tier. I opened 2 tickets but when I got to support > My activities it takes me to the age that says can not locate my account… now I have a paid account showing as free tier and no way to get hold of customer service #billing #help

May be worth mentioning: Pro/Business plans are per domain/zone, not account-wide.

It should tell you about how to make a ticket for no access. https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/1lqnm2bnbngd Otherwise, you'll get an email when they reply and you can reply to it
