I keep getting code error 5 perm ban after two to three games I have not cheat or anything can someone help explain what’s going on

means someone else logged into said account
But it perm ban my account

also try and contact a dev for extra security measures
could be someone trying to bypass your account security

Hi okay so val 5 has nothing to do with someone logging into your account; it means you are banned or vangaurd is curropt that can happen sometimes.
If you get val 5 and then cannot play val anymore, it means you are permanently banned, but if you get val 5 and after a restart or like 10 minutes you can play again, it means Vanguard got corrupt.
do you still get the error?
if so do these following steps:
Open task manager
Then details
Close evry valorant,riot client and vanguard related apps/services
Open control panel
Uninstall programs
Uninstall riot vanguard
Open cmd as admin and type these commands:-
1) sc delete vgc
2)sc delete vgk
Navigate to ur C drive then program files and find vanguard folder and delete it.
Then open riot client and click update
Restart ur pc after the update.

i made a new account played for about 5-6 hours reset pc go back account got lock
so i had a new one play basic training one swift play thern ban again
