started 8:00am PHT when i opened val and this popped up and my game wont open restarted my pc it works but if i close and reopen it, it will give me the error again

Uncheck all of the boxes

i did this and restarted the pc

My boxes were never checked to begin with, what do i do ?

I just restarted my computer and it works now
It will stop working if you close val and open it again
