Temp. pause your site on cloudflare and see if you can visit the product-sitemap.xml URI and receive an XML response if it's empty or anything other than the XML the issue might be on your origin. This assuming you get a 520 error when you visit the URL.. Or can you already visit the URI and get the sitemap XML response? Or is it just google's crawler receiving 520?

That's less fortunate. You don't block google crawlers by any means either on cloudflare or on your origin?

Strangely enough, my xml sitemap is open normally, and there are no problems with other websites on my server. I suspect that the problem may be caused by the multilanguage plug-in. Do you know how to troubleshoot and solve this kind of problem? I tried to change the sitemap. At first, I thought the problem was caused by the sitemap generated automatically by yoast, but the same situation still occurred when I changed the sitemap.

Does it work with the multilanguage plugin disabled?

I'm not sure, and now I'm afraid to close my multilingual plugin because there are so many pages included Can this situation be modified in the code

if you think it could be the plugin, have you tried and searched for similar experiences online? You could take a full backup and than disable the plugin to test this just to be sure. Revert to the full backup when issues arise or you cannot re-enable that easily

No problem, this is feasible, but the 520 error problem is not necessarily the server problem Is it 520 error problem is not necessarily a server problem Thanks for your reply, appreciate I will try again
