i have dynamic ip and i can't use hosting services the ports 80,443 are blocked i have custom domain
hi guys, i are im trouble, i have domain on cloudflare and localhost via xampp, but i can't pay hosting services and they cannot serve me, i need a way to point my localhost to my custom domain, like it has a true server with fixed and public ip

They connect out to Cloudflare, you don't need to port forward/open ports/worry about ip changing/etc

Just use Zero Trust Tunnels as he mentioned above.. you can use domains with your localhost without having a static ip.. You don't even need to expose or forward any ports to public.

Sometimes bad gateway on a tunnel site literally means no valid gateway, make sure the host which the tunnel site is pointing to has a valid IP config including default gateway. While it doesn't require port forwarding it will require the ability to communicate outside its network 😉 Same for your cloudflared daemon. Also be sure to check cloudflared logs. If that all looks fine look into any firewall rules that might block it
502 means hit tunnel (otherwise there'd various 1xxx tunnel errors for that) but tunnel can't get response from public hostname
checking cloudflared logs is a good idea -- either from zt dash or if you installed it as a service on systemd linux you can just do
sudo journalctl -u cloudflared -f --lines=100i got it
i'm using windows
i took it out
because the website is in maneintance
but the tunnel is working
