My stuff got refunded?

Just logged on to check the night market and realised half my weapon skins got refunded randomly and I didn’t even receive the right refund amount -full nocturnal set - neo frontier sheriff -oni vandal Losing the skins is fine I’m just curious because I didn’t receive the right refund amount it was like 8k for the nocturnal set and I only received 4.2k back and 175 radianite points
