Select input Color
So guys, the color on desktop is blank (no color) but on mobile it's grey when I didn't specify any color for it. What could be the issue?

That is just the default browser style.
It may even differ according to the browser that you are using.
the default background color of the select, on android 13, is
buttonface
explicitly set it to white
