Upgrade to Pro Plan didn't go through (2 days ago)
But I did check my CC statement and the charge shows up there.
I tried to create a support inquiry and got an email, but can't log into it to see any updates:

but can't log into it to see any updates:Do you get the Salesforce account not found error page? If so, did you make a ticket about no access? You'll get emails anyway when there's a reply and can always reply in emails
thanks @Chaika, I saw "no reply" in the email so assumed I couldn't reply...but it in fact let me reply to the email.
