I gave an email saying I've changed the email of my riot account. But, i have not done any such things and now I'm not able to login to my account please help me with this.

Sadly this is just a community ran help section so there is nothing we can do. I dont see any reality where you are getting access to that account back unless you somehow manage to sweet talk your way through actual Riot Support. It could be that the account was originally created by the original seller or it could even be that the account was stolen before the sale.

Also its very likely u bought it from a non trusted website and they just changed the email back
In which case, u are never getting it back
If u used paypal to pay the person from whom u bought the account, i'd file for a return
And technically you can also find an email support address from part 19 of TOS.
(Tbh i am not sure how it works on paypal)

yeah youre not gonna do a chargeback on a transaction that happened a year ago
