can someone help me about rate limit anti-abuse cloudflare

Currently, the rate limiting from Cloudflare’s anti-abuse protection is severely disrupting my production, especially during promotional and campaign hours. I have created a ticket to increase the rate limit, ticket #01125563. I have also created a custom rule in the WAF menu to skip the rate limit, but it still gets hit. I even subscribed to a paid plan for Workers hoping it would increase the rate limit. Upgrading to the Enterprise plan just to remove the rate limit is not feasible at the moment. Can anyone help me?
