We have been encountering this API error every day for about 3 days (usually 6:00-12:00, so 6 hours a day). Could you please check if the error is on our side or yours?

Additionally, during this time we experience read timeouts (requests taking more than 90 seconds to process). I think these problems are interrelated.
could you provide more info? I assume you get this message from UI? which page or button you click and get this, is it serverless or pod
We get it with python httpx, not UI
