Guild User Profile URL
From what I understand you can’t ping a user they don’t have access to, so my thought is to add an embedded link that points to their guild profile. Is there such a thing or is this not possible. If not, how do those large scale bots send embed messages containing user mentions to channels the mentioned user doesn’t have access to.

so things like welcome messages, there’s no way to ensure 100% that a users mention will actually propagate with their username?
i guess in other terms, there’s no way to force a cache of the member who just joined?
No there isn't, discord client caches it depending on the said user's interaction with, either by you opening their profile, or in some other way
gotcha. so in terms of a direct link to a guild member profile, is there such a thing? something similar to the /users/USER_ID endpoint.
