hey guys I wanted to ask, if I got banned, and the support ticket couldn't help me, where could I get more help?

they don't answer to my tickets,
only answer couple of times then only the bot answers now and automatically cancel the ticket, been falsly banned for using "Third Party Programs", I can prove not using them but none is listening π
if a ban appeal ticket has been answered by the bot AND closed, it has been denied
how can I get actual help from a person working there, like do I search on twitter or sth? because I've seen people doing it and it actually working out
been banned for more than 2 years now.

and I was using a coding program which was given to me by a professor when i got the ban
i believe it was it that somehow got me banned, called SASM, an assembly program

if you are banned for 3rd party software the account you just played on is basically deleted
and you get a 4 months ban from playing valorant on the pc (Hardware ban)
i didnt get a hardware ban

also, I've seen people get unbanned
from a third party software ban
idk why they wont compromise

probably because the request was denied
if they banned me for a specific duration even if i was falsly banned i wont say a word, cuz it will be unbanned anyways, but they instatly did perma
they wont even tell me what i used or when, or anything, didnt even explain
