You have to enable secure boot in BIOS. First let's make sure your partition style is correct.

Okay you should be able to just go to your BIOS and enable secure boot! There are plenty instructions out there if you need help so you don't have to wait for people to answer here.

Ah apologies. Yes when you are booting your PC you should be able to press the designated BIOS key specific to your motherboard.
Alternatively you can also boot to bios during restart if you can't access it otherwise.

Yea so, as u saw in msinfo32 the bios mode was alrdy set to UEFI. Which means the partition style MUST be alrdy set to gpt, or else windows wouldn't boot
