Unable to reset MFA though support call
Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but I'm running out of options and we really need access back into our account. The account MFA codes have stopped working and we aren't able to log in. these are saved in a password manager which logs indicate this hasn't been updated recently. We've logged this with support and gotten an automated response asking us to set a meta tag on the website but not received any further responses after we have added this. Our case number is 01192219. Is there any way we can follow this case up to get a response? We have been following this up for over a week now.
