How to wear this in public appropriately
I own nipple covers, but I believe that this would still be inappropriate to wear in public as it is still so revealing. I want to purchase some sort of undershirt perhaps that covers the minimum area possible (only just the torso, leaves the arms and neck alone, almost like a tube top.) I have been told that skincolor might not even work and that grey is best. Open to all ideas and specific products.

i feel like you can wear this layered with a lot of stuff, i think under layers that have some visual complexity beyond a plain shirt, be that a button down or something with a complex print
its always a good look to wear aomething cool and then obscure some of it
I understand what you are saying, but my sole intention is to wear it while looking like I have nothing underneathe.

You could try the ballet diy nylon shirt by cutting a neck hole in the crotch of pantyhoes, or just look for dancewear made for this purpose
