i got lucky in my placement games, and now im in high asc lobbies as plat 3, how can i lower my mmr so i can have plat lobbies without losing my rank

U need to perform bad in a few games to get ur mmr down
But that would mean loosing the matches
So basically, the answer is no u can't lower ur mmr without loosing rr
