Why do people unequip their weapon and only equip when they attack?
Like it's so confusing tbh, i once tried and when i want to parry quickly, i have to press 1 first, then F, so I never hit my parries. How do people manage to do it?

you probably have to get used to it
not having your weapon out can open opportunities for baits and stuff and make you less predictable
^ yeah what he said. to counter that, try to bait out their first strike OR a parry
This is common, it's good to do it against someone who's using autoparry
thanks for that, i always try to parry bait and it works pretty well, so doing that would probably make me even less predictable, i'll try that out
