Recover Domain page fails to load? WHOIS Status: redemptionPeriod

Attempting to pay the fee and recover my domain keeps returning me to Domain Expired page. WHOIS image from 2 minutes ago. I have maybe a day left, it's been 3 weeks of this with 0 help from support, requesting a HAR file and then closing the ticket? Thank in advance, this has been hair raising with my entire life linked haha 🥹
