upgraded wrong domain

Hello, I upgraded the wrong domain to pro. I've sent a message to support but have yet to hear back. in the mean time I've went ahead and purchased the pro plan for the correct domain so at this point I'm just looking for a refund. any help here would be great.

As this is a community server i guess your only chance is to wait for support to answer your ticket

the support ticket i sent in was last week, I apologies for any inconvenience i have caused, its brutal i cant get a response. are the wait times really this long? sorry im very new to cloudflare with not a whole lot of technical background. so any futher assitance from an expert would be great

Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community. Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories.
