I hope this message finds you well. I am currently experiencing an issue with the Battle Pass in Combat Warriors. I have reached level 38 and, although I can claim all previous rewards from levels 1 to 37, I am unable to claim the reward for level 38.

The game indicates that the reward has already been claimed, but I do not see the item in my inventory. The item I am trying to claim is the meteor kill effect.
