How to get rid of modded warning in 1.0?

Already tried to use SCIM, didnt work that well.

if it's the thing telling you you're loading a modded save you can ignore that unless you had modded buildings
I had, how do I remove them?

The save will load fine, it just won't load those
and if you save it in that state they won't come back when you get the mod back

Hey im having trouble i cannot open the game through the mod launcher as the error pop up wont dissapear, any ideas ?
