Not sure whats wrong
does anyone know whats causing my screen to kinda glitch or tear or delay even in valorant i have rly good ping usually aroun 10-15 ms my fps stays around 380 ive tried v sync and capping fps but none of that works not really sure as why this has happened out of the blue it has been fine the past 2 years

maybe ur pc is over heating
