i have pretty good internet but my valorant keeps spiking in ping and lots of rubberbanding and unplayable

check if your downloading anything or mining crypto or sum in the backround
or if like ur parents ar ealso downloading sumthing
this happen to me when someone else is on online meeting on my wifi.
