Can I decide how fast the wheel will spin?
It was slow for three seconds once checking it out in the shop and then POOF it goes hyper and doesn't return... Is that just for it's show or can I decide the speed?

So... I wont see it later on when using it?
if you equip the skin its starts slow and turns hyper not long after
it will slow down again on reload i think, then speed up again
