People say that you develop bad habits when you play chamber. I wanted to ask if anyone knew what that meant. I'm low elo and want to play chamber, but I don't want to get into a bad habit that will cause me problems in the future.

probably because he has a teleport which can easily get him out of bad gunfights etc. By playing him you won't really develop good use of abilities since half of chambers are just weapons. And his teleport will likely not show you how badly you might be positioning and won't help you fix gunfight mistakes
if you really want to play chamber just play him it's not that big of an issue, it's just that he's not a meta character and you might learn to adapt to other agents faster by playing a more rounded character
