Range ugrades not working and /net items erros

This is my config with the default recipes (only change from default is replacing 500 with 2147483647 and 2147483647 with -1 I think.
Upgrading range to lv5 results in capped back at a default range of 20.
Screenshot is related to running /net items. It prints out a few before flooding the log with this error

Does not appear to be able to handle a number of a specific item over 99
Attempting to test. Upgrade 1 and 2 work and extend the range. upgrade 3 fails to work as do 4 and 5
Even used a chunk loader to load all within 500 blocks
