screen tear issue
having screen tearing issues in valorant
on fullscreen and windowed full screen
it gets fixed when i turn on vsync
but that means low af fps

using i5-3590 and intel hd 4600

yea you'll have screen tearing if you dont have enough fps or use vsync
also your hardware is bad you're probably gonna have to deal with it or upgrade

smooth fps
like how much?
and is it consistent?
60-90 sometimes 100+
vsync makes it laggier

vsync limits the fps to ur monitor refresh rate
and it was smooth before
i messed some settings in my intel thingy
and it started tearing
;-;
i even did restored it to default
but no fix
idk i'll let the expert handle this one
