so this doesn't answer any of the questions i asked you
1) did you open a player support ticket when your account got hacked?
2) if so, what happened? did they recover the account to you?
yes and i got it back
but when i tried to login and press play

Tell em they hacked on ur account
And they will prob unban it
then ig you should open a new ticket and let them know that the hacker got your account banned
i did make a ticket for it weeks ago but they never responded back

and i also dont know why you think that you're IP banned

sometimes our emails get blocked or go to spam
you have to check the website to be sure
i cant play on any other account
then you are hardware banned, not IP banned

Just check the status of the last ticket u sent first
If its marked as solved, make a new one

either of those works. either way, you are claiming that your account is banned b/c someone else took it over and you are trying to get the account back
but note that if you are hardware banned, then it is likely that is has nothing to do w/the hacker. the hacker's own machine would have been banned, but for your machine to be banned, that generally means vanguard detected something with your machine.
and if that's the case, then that's what player support is going to respond with

I have a problem with my servers...
I have a problem where my valorant servers flip in pings... like one day illi will be 25-30 then the next it will be up to 60 and my virginia will go down from to around 20 does anyone know a fix?
its like they just flip based on the day
your isp switching routes perhaps
if you want proper visibility on your issue you should make your own thread rather than responding on someone else's.
