Account Specific VAN: RESTRICTION Windows 10
Hi, yesterday I was playing just fine, but when I tried to open the game today, I got the VAN: RESTRICTION out of the blue, which requires me to enable TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot.
My PC Is old, really old I can't lie, and I'm running Legacy Bios just because my mobo doesn't support UEFI, hence why I dont have the option to enable TPM 2.0 or Secure Boot. That's the same reason I still haven't upgraded to W11. However, I have always played Valorant just fine on my PC.
Here comes the weird part, and that is that my brother can play Valorant just fine on my PC, with his own account. He was able to play multiple ranked games without any issues. I tried to log in my account in another PC to see if it was maybe a Hardware ban or something like that, and I was able to queue up with no issues whatsoever.
I tried sending a ticket, but the person assigned to me might have not understood the situation and my limitations and closed the ticket without much help.
My disk drive is set to MBR due to Legacy not recognizing GPT, so I cant change the disk to GPT either as the person assigned to my ticket suggested.
I read somewhere on Reddit that they've sent a ticket for the same issue, and the person assigned to them, after a few question, was able to "Unlock" his account from this restriction. I would love to know how can I contact somebody that can help me check that.
As I've said before, I think it's really weird for this restriction being account specific, and needing to do stuff to my Disk drives, Bios or SO when yesterday I was able to play just fine, and when a few hours ago, other people log in and play in this PC with their own accounts just fine.
Hope I explained myself right, and I hope somebody would be able to help me :) If need more information let me know.

So the restriction is account based and not pc based usually, in this case only ur account has gotten the restriction and not ur brother's or anyone else's account
