Changed SSL certificate and Wordpress website is down
Hello!
I'm working on a customer account and I have an issue. The customer's server host as asked us to update the SSL certificate (on Cloudflare) by adding a txt record.
Since then, the website now shows us this (see in picture).
Oddly enough, the website is visible for devices that just arrived on the website for the first time and for those who use incognito mode.
Does it have something to do with the cache? If so, how do fix it?
Thanks! π

Bonjour !
This doesn't seem like a SSL/TLS issue at all. Did you try enabling
WP_DEBUG
by going into wp-config.php
file?
Please give us the error after you enabled debug mode, and censor any sensitive data.Update: I have purged one URL and it seems that it has nothing to do with the cache of CloudFlare. There's definitely an issue with the website as in incognito mode, that URL shows the same error.
Bonjour!
I tried entering in recovery mode, but that didn't work as the login URL shows me the same error.
I'm working on getting the FTP logins as we speak
@Micorksen this is what I got on DEBUG:
I suppose it's the plugin causing this error?
Yes
Try to disable it by moving it out of wp-plugins folder then moving back in
Error is still there, unfortunately
Just move it out in that case
New error now, oh brother haha
Mhh strange
Do the same for the theme?
I'm actually starting to think someone changed PHP version
Causing the theme and plugins to crash
That could be the issue

@Bouzin For the plugin, it's requiring < 8.0
Would make total sense. I'm trying to see which PHP version is currently being used in the directory

Okay so it's def a PHP version issue
Re-enable the themes but use PHP 7.4
That could be the solution
Going to ask the host to see if they changed version. I don't have access to the cpanel unfortunately
Ask for the PHP version
Hah, we're using 8.3
@Micorksen you're indeed my savior! Many thanks for your help π
The website is back on 7.4 and everything works π
