i have secure boot & tpm on and still have , it lets me in for 5 min then i get it
,tried doing the vgc to automatic and still have it too

in system it says its off , but i have it on in bios
you need to enable it in bios
its on alr
go back there clock
click
restore default secureboot keys
it should work
