There's no official list of software that is not bannable. Riot does not inform anyone about what vanguard checks for. We do know that modifications like modifying a mouse input like what RawAccel does is detectable by vanguard.

if riot doesnt tell you if its bannable, why would a random person from discord tell you if its not 😭
