There's no official list of software that is not bannable. Riot does not inform anyone about what vanguard checks for. We do know that modifications like modifying a mouse input like what RawAccel does is detectable by vanguard.

Support wont tell you if its bannable or not. Meaning you cant tell if it is or if it isnt.
The software as in "RawAccel" doesn't even bother Riots AntiCheat
