HELP REPORT THIS PHOENIX, SOVA, AND KILLJOY

Chronology: my team were losing 0-5 and this phoenix decides to be toxic and called everyone "trash" and "noob" and not only that, our vyse made mistake which loses the round but instead of saying "nice try", phoenix and sova decides to harass him in game like they tried killing him with molly, shock dart and swarm grenades. Like and they also harass his family members like "I f#ck ur mom" or "UR MOM D#AD" and anything you can imagine. Like is this what riot promised us about player behaviours??? because this is not what we expected. Valorant is supposed to changed when they announced that they will have HARDWARE BANS, and i thought valorant would changed from that but turns out its still the same, and poor vyse he did do nothing wrong he just basically made mistake and he apologised for the round loss, but phoenix, sova and killjoy decides to Cyberbully him and calling his mom a wh*re LIKE WHAT A COMUNNITY WE HAVE HERE TONIGHT LIKE I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GAME also Enemy team didnt do anything to stop this chaos instead he helped phoenix to report vyse while he did nothing wrong and also heres the Riot IDs Phoenix: Flyze#16816 Sova: supercod#666 Killjoy: Harukaze#TZY and im asking this Will Riot do something about the player behaviours instead of buffing nerfing agents?
