Paid invoice but with Cloudflare application issues
Hi everyone! I have a serious problem. We paid for Cloudflare Pro, but we can't apply it to any domain...
We have proof of payment, and the platform says it was paid, but we can't apply it to the site in question. We were told in a ticket that we should redirect network traffic to Cloudflare, and we've already done so, but our problem still hasn't been resolved.
Can you help us?

I'm having a similar issue. I opened a ticket September 13th. I've got no response to my ticket.
Can you share the domain name so we can see if the NS is set correctly?
Who are you?
Just a member but if your not going to share your domain here it would be best to just contact CloudFlare support as this is a public forum
But you might have to contact them anyway as there has been problems with the billing lately but if CF support said to redirect network traffic I'm assuming they are meaning by changing your DNS if that's the only product your using i.e not tunnels or anything else that needs traffic routed
My domain is amat.com.br
If you can help me I would appreciate it, since Cloudflare does not respond to tickets...
@Levi Did you receive any credit emails or anything like that? Well, I didn't receive anything...
Two of my domains were "pro", but now they say "free" The subscription is up for renewal in November
Hey ive checked it for you and indeed your Nameservers are propagated to cloudflare so it should all be in an "active" state
can i suggest maybe opening a post over on https://community.cloudflare.com and just explain your issue and give your ticket number over there in the post and cloudflare workers normally come across it and might be able to esclate it for you
ive seen quite a few posts of people having similar issues so hopefully they patch the bug soon
To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email.
Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community.
Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.
For more information on the methods by which you can contact Support for your plan level, see Contacting Cloudflare Support - Cloudflare Docs
i think they've contacted support just need someone to check their ticket
I'll open another ticket then (there have already been 3 and I haven't had many results...)
But thank you very much!
Try doing the community website and just quote the latest ticket number usually opening multiple tickets slowns them down so just post like hey Im having trouble with my pro plan haven't heard from CF support my ticket number is xxxx
Perfect, I'll be doing that. Thanks!
All good hope it works out
I was going to renew both my pro plans, but I guess I won't be doing that now
