No response for months, can you help?

Hope everything is going well!
Following up on our Startup Enterprise onboarding again. We completed the upgrade steps on July 10th, 2024, and followed up via email on August 14th, 2024. However, we're still facing issues with our subscription.
Current Issues:
- Workers Enterprise isn't enabled (still on Workers Paid without Custom Pricing).
- Missing subscriptions for Cache Reserve, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Advanced Certificate Manager, and Cloudflare for SaaS.
- Unable to fully utilize Enterprise Mode due to missing subscriptions.
Previous Attempts:
- Filed a support ticket on July 12th, 2024 (#3339208) - marked as "Urgent".
- Ticket migrated to Salesforce on July 29th, 2024 (Case ID: 00985046).
- Reached out to [email protected] on August 14th, 2024.
No response received for over two months.
No assigned Enterprise contact person.
Could you please investigate this further? We're eager to leverage the full potential of the Startup Enterprise program. 🙏
