You want the shoulder seams to be about where your shoulders end
to wear on its own yea
Not always true but in this case the shoulders are too small and it’s clinging to both his armpits and chest
if it's a thinner/undershirt type thing it could be ok, but yea the wrinkling around the pits is gonna cause fuss under stuff
