Nothing sent to email

guys i just need help with smth i’ve been trying to log into my account now and i’m doing the username and password right everytime and it says it’s wrong but when i go to the help page and forgot password or forgot username and it says it send a verification key my email nothing gets sent to my email i can’t sighn in anywhere pls help
