FPS ISSUES

can anyone help me with me having low fps problems with my game ? i have a dell g15 5530 ( 16 gb ram, rtx 3050 6 gb, i5 13th gen HX ) i am getting peak 80-90 fps i have installed and updated the graphics drivers, and my settings in game are also the best that could give me 120 fps ( same setting as my friend with same laptop of 2.5 yrs old [ mine is 5 mthns ] and he's getting locked in 120 fps )
