trying to install mods and satisfactory keeps updating

what step are you on, and did you do step 1?
i did every step already
and i copied
Manifest_DebugFiles_Win64.txt
Manifest_NonUFSFiles_Win64.txt
Manifest_UFSFiles_Win64.txt
from the 1.0 update and put them in the older version and i put steam in offline mode and it told me it was unable to download the update
you aren't supposed to put steam in offline mode
step 10 is specifically to avoid doing that
doesnt work in online or offline mode
i just did it from start and i left it in offline mode
just now put it back in online mode and it updates again
these are the files i put in the steam satisfactory folder alongside the folders and game exe from the older version i even used the manifest in the directions
