My account was permanently closed after making an in-game purchase. Help
Hello, I purchased in-game vp. Then I wanted to play one round "full throttle", I couldn't play anyway, I entered the game and my electricity was cut off. Then when my power came on, I wanted to enter the game and boom.
I got an error like this "Your account has been permanently banned."
In the picture below there is an FAQ stating that I got vp in the game.
Why would someone who deposited money into the game cheat and my account is 2 lvl, I just entered an old account.

I think a few more people have this problem. I wrote to support, it's been 24 hours but I haven't received a response. How can I get my money back?

I didn't use it for anything, it was gone in minutes anyway.
