paru error libalpm.so.14

I just updated my system (gnome track) and it seems that the version of paru installed needs libalpm.so.14 and because it is missing, it can not install AUR packages anymore.? Does anybody have a suggestion? paru: error while loading shared libraries: libalpm.so.14: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Might take a while since the repo maintainer isn’t active I’ll try to update the package on my backup mirror soon in the meantime It’s because the pacman update changed how installs and such work

The main repo's also building right now, should be fixed in a little bit :)

Unfortunately I'm still facing this issue on 2 separate installs of blend on 2 computers. One using a custom track based on the gnome track, the other using default-gnome track. Neither can install from aur and error with paru: error while loading shared libraries: libalpm.so.14: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory userdel: aur mail spool (/var/spool/mail/aur) not found [ERROR] failed to download AUR packages

Sorry, I looked around but I may have missed it - is this a different issue/ is there another existing issue for this?

akshara was updated but I don’t think paru was Try removing your AUR packages and updating paru stable was updated upstream anyway @Rudra aur/paru was updated, we just have to update our package
