The game doesn't start. I tried using the FICSIT-Fred step by step solution but nothing its working.
This is the unreal error message that pops up when i try to star the game in steam.

that being said, i think i see "shader" in the text there - might be worth trying to update your graphics drivers, switch to dx11 if you're on 12, and clearing shader caches
but ... not much more we can offer here
