Unable to login to my account
Hello all. I have a support issue I need resolved. My identity was compromised, and I had to change my Apple ID completely. My email for my cloudlfare account was under that Apple ID ([email protected]), and I no longer have access to that email address to reset my password. I need to transfer my website and email domain (ejwisemusic.com) to my new Apple ID and email but have no way of doing this, and my support tickets, 01133507 and 01029502 (submitted over a month ago) have both gone unanswered. I am an enterprise customer under the email I don't have access to.
Also, I cannot access my support tickets from my new cloudflare account for some reason. It tells me that it cannot cvonnect my account to the support dashboard.
