run these commands at the same time while playing valorant like a death match (will take about 4min to finish) use two different cmd to run em at the same time:
(remove the spaces between the . and 0 and . and 198
(ping 162.249.72. 0 -n 250) > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\ping_rito.txt"
(ping 192.168.67. 198 -n 250) > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\ping_router.txt"
when they are done send the files that appeared on your desktop overit doesn't start tf?

I think this issue is between you and your isp :kaisaShrug:
it seems that the ping spikes always happen at hop 2 and seeing that your router stays around 1-3ms means it's prob not a home issue. I'm guessing at your ISPs cgnat :HibikiShrug:
