GUI programming tool
Hello, im looking for a "drag and drop" GUI Desktop app creator, since windows forms just wont get into my head and the software I want to create unfortunately doesen´t exist and I need it for personal use only.
Are there any good, easier options?

What's the problem with Winforms
windows forms is probably the easiest framework to start with, others are generally better to use but have a steeper learning curve
and drag and drop GUI editors aren't recommended in general because they lead to designs that don't work on all screens/sizes/etc (doesn't really matter if it's just for you but that's the general guidance)
I basically need a software with local database connection to save my and sort pictures and I cant find useful stuff where I can start with the project
