a new query. We currently use the service tawk.to for a helpdesk chat widget on our site, and it would be prudent if we could load this either as a native tool or being able to build a managed component for it
However, I've noticed that the cloudflare managed components apparently don't support embed or widgets at this time
is this something in development?

Thanks for all the help Tobias, happy to help update the docs to make this more clear in the future. I created the correct new tag. Do i add the conversion label to the settings of the google ads tag or insert it some other way
I think the docs are out of date here. The conversion label is added to the ads action which sends the conversion details to Ads
Although you might be able to add it directly to the tool I guess
Maybe it doesn't matter which

Hello guys, I'm using Ketch with Zaraz, and I've noticed that Ketch works properly on the initial route, calling window.ketch('showPreferences') as expected. However, when I navigate to other routes, the cookie settings modal doesn't appear although now if I navigate to the other route it opens the modal instantly.
Same, I'm also getting internal error, code 10000

@yo'av I have identified a rather nasty issue with the Google Ads gtag setup, which prevents you continuing setting up a conversion action in Google Ads until Google Ads is able to detect their gtag code on the website.
This results in a really annoying situation where you have to add the gtag code temporarily to the site so GAds can detect it, then remove it.
The simplest solution I have found to achieve this is to create a custom HTML tool with the gtag script in it, let Google Ads check the site, then remove the custom HTML tool and add the required details into the Zaraz Google Ads tool.
This might be best as some sort of "setup wizard" inside Zaraz to minimise confusion for Zaraz end users.

Hello Folks. I have a blocking trigger setup on an analytics script which should be getting triggered when the
User-agent string contains uptime.com. I'm not getting any activity on the trigger which leads me to believe the blocking trigger might have a bug in it (I have confirmed my user agent from the uptime.com monitors does indeed contain the match value I have set on the triggering condition). I've submitted mulitple support requests to cloudflare on this paid cloudflare pro site but their support ticketing system is not working, i only see old support tickets and none of the new ones I've submitted.
- Anyone else having issues with cloudflare support ticketing?
- Anyone else have any success with using blocking triggers?

Hi guys, I just registered cloudflare and use the Zaraz to connect with facebook pixel. My DNS entry is all good. I can access to the website as usual. But the Zaraz Facebook Pixel, I've keyed in the correct pixel ID, the conversion API token as well as the triggers. Then I installed the Meta Pixel Helper to check whether my pixel was setup correctly in the website, but unfortunately "No pixel found on jaafarconsult.com". The Zaraz monitor also didn't receive any traffics, not to mention my Facebook pixel. Is there anything further i could do? thank you guys.
