comp problem
Hey me and my friend turned lvl 20 a week ago and when we went to play some comp matches we both were banned for no reason now no matter what even when the timer finishes were still banned and can't rank up any helps?

How are u banned if the timer is not there?
We can't join
It says one of u in the team is banned
And it's both of us
While we both don't have any timer
